Gameisposedofsquareandtheopposition，twoplayers，eachplayercandivisionoflabor，apersonasadebate，oneasasecondargument.15minutesbeforethegamethechairmanwillmotion(motion)releasedtotwoteams，anddeterminedbythelotterysides，fortobesureaboutmotion，oppositionholdsnegativeattitudeonmotion，thetwosidesinthedebateabout15minutesbeforethetimetoprepare，debatespecificprocessisasfollows:1)squareaspeech(7minutes)

Intouchaftertheprompt，have20secondstograceperiod，thespeakermustbewithinthisperiodtofinishtheirspeech，ifmorethangraceperiod，thepenaltypoints.Ifthespeakerspeechtimeisfarlessthantheprescribedtime，thejuryregardedwithoutunfoldownviewpointfullytothespeaker.

4)ifthePOI'srequesttobeaeptedbythespeaker，soPOIstatementshavetoclarifythefactsoroffermentstoform，theexpressinasentenceortwoin15seconds;Ifyouwererejectedbythespeakersothequestionersatbackandpreparethenextquestion;

5)POIcanonlyberaisedinthefirstfourlink，thelasttwolinkscan'tputforward，inthefirstfourlinkwithinthefirstminuteandcannotbeputforwardinthelastminutesPOI;

6)ifthespeakersaeptPOI，shouldaordingtoquestionsandtheirspeechtoanswerthequestion;

POI，shouldputforward7)unlessotherwisenotspeakdebatermustnotturntostandupwhenothersspeak.Iftheopponentviolationquestionsordisruptthenormalgamerules，theplayerwillbeannouncedthefoul;

8)evaluatewhetherthePOIputforwardproper，shouldseeitseffectonbothsidesofthenextdebate

9)thespeakerinthespeechmustaeptatleasttwoPOI，standingupquestionersmustbeatleast4timesindicatedthePOI.Debater，ifitdoesnothavetheopportunitytoaskPOIorinhisspeechdidnotaeptthePOI，thejudgescandiscretionarypoints;

3，audiencemember:theaudiencetosideseachaskaquestion，selectaplayerbybothparties.Thelinkattheendoftherace，andincreasetheappreciationofthegame，doesnotaffecttheresultofthematch.

4，juryruling:deliberationsbyajudgetoreview，submittothechairmanofthedebatematchresults.
