Todaythecrimerateinsoecitiesofourcountryisrising.Manycitizensoftenplainaboutthetheftsandrobberiesthathavetakenpalceintheareastheyliveinandappealtothegovernmentsatalllevelstotakeeffectivemeasurestoreducethecrimerate.

Facedwithcriminals,somepeoplearesofrightenedthattheyshamelesslygiveupthefightandotherpeopleturnablindeyetothem.However,somepeoplearebraveenough,torisktheirlivestofightthecriminals.Theirfearlessactionspreventedthecriminalsfromdoingevils,savedthevictims,andprotectedthepublicproperties.

Toreducethecrimerate,weallthepeopleshouldfirstreceivealaweducation.Criminalsmustbeseverelypunished.Meanwhileweshouldsetupafoundationtorewardthosewhofightcriminals.Itisalsoimportanttocallonpeopletolearnfromthoseheroesandencouragemorepeopletostanduptocrime.

今天，我国国有城市犯罪率呈上升趋势。许多市民经常抱怨的盗窃和抢劫，他们生活在和呼吁各级政府采取有效措施，降低犯罪率的地区采取的地方。

面对罪犯，有些人是如此害怕，他们无耻地放弃战斗，其他人视而不见他们。然而，有些人有足够的勇气，冒着生命危险打击罪犯。他们无畏的行动阻止罪犯作恶，挽救了受害者，保护公共财产。

为了降低犯罪率，我们所有的人必须首先接受法制教育。罪犯必须受到严厉的惩罚。同时我们应该成立一个基金会，奖励那些战斗罪犯还号召人们向英雄学习并鼓励更多的人站到犯罪的重要。
