芦荟花粉胶囊对衰老模型大鼠的抗衰弱作用(一)

【摘要】 探讨芦荟花粉胶囊对D?半乳糖所致衰老大鼠的抗衰弱作用.〔方法〕采用皮下注射D?半乳糖的方法制作大鼠衰老模型,灌胃给予大鼠芦荟花粉胶囊,31d后测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量.〔结果〕芦荟花粉胶囊可明显提高衰老模型大鼠血清SOD及过氧化氢酶活性,明显降低MDA含量和LDH活性.〔结论〕芦荟花粉胶囊对D?半乳糖所致衰老大鼠具有抗衰弱作用.

Protective effects of capsules of the Chinese aloe flower powder for senile in rats
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVETo investigate the protective effects of capsules of the Chinese aloe flower powder for senile induced by D?galactose in rats.METHODSThe senile models of rats were established by subcutaneous injections of D?galactose, and after 31 days of intragastric administration with capsules of the Chinese aloe flower powder, SOD activities, MDA contents, hydrogen peroxidase and LDH activities in serum were assayed.RESULTSThe activities of SOD and hydrogen peroxidase were increased by capsules of the Chinese aloe flower powder, meanwhile the contents of MDA and activities of LDH were decreased.CONCLUSIONThe capsules of the Chinese aloe flower powder have a obvious anti?senile effect induced by D?galactose.

芦荟中含有芦荟多糖,其乙酰化甘露聚糖通过多潜能细胞发挥免疫调节及抗癌抗病毒作用〔1〕.花粉所含有的维生素E、维生素C、硒及锌等抗氧化成分可阻止氧化脂质的形成,加快新陈代谢,调节内分泌功能,提高机体应激能力,从而起到强身健体和抗衰老的作用.本实验建立了大鼠衰老模型,探讨了芦荟花粉胶囊的抗衰老作用.
1 材料与方法
1.1 材料 实验动物取Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,体重为180~220g,由延边大学医学部实验动物科提供.药物与试剂:芦荟、花粉及人参皂苷为市售品;D?半乳糖为上海试剂二厂产品;SOD,MDA,过氧化氢酶及LDH试剂盒均购自南京建成生物工程研究所.KA?1000型台式离心机为上海安亭科学仪器厂产品;JCS?500型电子称为中日合资上海东昌・大和衡器有限公司产品;恒温水浴箱为上海博迅医疗器械厂产品.
1.2 方法 取50只大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为5个组,分别为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、芦荟花粉小剂量组及大剂量组.皮下注射给予除正常组外其余各组大鼠D?半乳糖75mg/kg,灌胃给予阳性对照组大鼠100mg/kg人参皂苷,芦荟花粉胶囊小剂量组及大剂量组分别灌胃给予100、200mg/kg芦荟花粉胶囊,正常组及模型组大鼠灌胃给予适量生理盐水,每日1次,连续3d.第31日空腹采血,测定血清SOD,LDH,过氧化氢酶活性及MDA含量.结果用SPSS10.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析,均为双侧检验,α取0.05.
