三分丹的显微鉴别(一)

【摘要】   目的研究萝?科植物三分丹的显微特征。方法利用显微镜观察其根、茎的横切面结构组织与根粉末特征。 结果三分丹的根维管束周韧型,茎维管束为双韧型,三分丹根粉末中淀粉粒极多,石细胞纹孔明显,草酸钙簇晶多见,这些均可作为其显微特征。结论可为制定药材质量标准提供理论依据。

  Abstract:ObjectiveTo researh the microscopic characteristics of Tylophora atrolliculata Metc.. MethodsWe surveyed and distinguished microscopic characteristics of the transverse section and the powder. ResultsThe root of Tylophora atrolliculata Metc. had amphicribral vascular bundle, however steme had bicollateral vascular bundle. We could see many starch gain, stone cells whose pits were clear, and many calcium oxalate crystals in the root power of Tylophora atrolliculata Metc..These could be regarded as identification characteristics. ConclusionIt can provide theoretical basis for eatablishing quality standard.

  三分丹Tylophora atrolliculata Metc.为萝?科植物,又名蛇花藤,白前草,老虎须等。主要分布于广西、广东、云南、海南。生于低山山地疏密林中及旷野、平原的灌木丛中。以根入药,味微辛,性平,有小毒,须慎用。祛风,活血,止痛,主治跌打损伤、风湿痛等〔1〕。该植物富含菲骈吲哚里西啶类化合物,该生物碱类化合物具有具有较强的抗肿瘤活性〔2〕。因未见其鉴定方面的报道,故本文对其根和茎进行显微观察,以期为进一步研究提供依据。

  1 材料与仪器

  1.1 材料

  三分丹采自广西中医学院药用植物园,经广西中医学院中药教研室蔡毅副教授鉴定为萝?科植物三分丹Tylophora atrolliculata Metc.的全草。
